SRC Solutions helps educational, government and private industry customers improve productivity and profitability through streamlined document and records management. The company helps customers “Work Smarter” by developing customized technology solutions that streamline processes, save time, improve information sharing and increase document security. Our primary application is Registration Gateway which is an internet based application that is used by school districts around the country to automate the K-12 student registration process. In addition to this, SRC has an existing and expanding customer base in both city and state government. SRC works with these customers to streamline their complex and confidential IT systems/procedures using various types of software and hardware.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Analyst to join the growing SRC team. The qualified individual will be responsible for the analysis and research that is required to understand the details for the city/state projects. This individual will work with SRC’s managing partner to handle a variety of growing projects.
This is a full time position with a compensation plan that includes excellent health benefits, 401K, vacation/personal time, company laptop, etc. Starting base pay of $40-$50K. The position is located in the Lehigh Valley area.
Job Duties:
- Conducts special research projects, including gathering, compiling and analyzing information; provides alternatives and makes recommendations on courses of action.
- Prepares reports, manuals, bid proposals for projects; able to give presentation on findings.
- Compiles information and maintains databases for tracking information for reporting purposes.
- Represents the company in meetings and maintains liaison with a variety of agencies.
- Manage multiple project requirements and deliverables concurrently.
Job Requirements:
- Four (4) year college degree and / or 3+ years of related industry experience.
- Knowledge of business process re-engineering.
- Knowledge of Xerox DocuShare CMS is desirable or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Understanding of a programming language would be useful but not required.
- Must possess strong analytical skills to apply to problem resolution.
- Must possess strong meeting facilitation skills.
- Must possess the ability to manage customer interaction and relationships.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance.
- May require overnight travel.
